Refund Policy

At Wynk Solutions LLC, we stand behind our security camera installation and monitoring services. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a refund if:
✅ Installation Not Completed – We couldn't complete the installation (with documentation)
✅ Cancelled Within 72 Hours – Before technician dispatch
✅ Monitoring Service Failure – Camera system offline for >24 hours
✅ Duplicate Billing – Accidental overcharges

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
❌ Same-day cancellations (<24 hours notice)
❌ Issues caused by post-installation modifications
❌ Camera equipment damage after installation
❌ Acts of nature affecting system operation

2. Refund Process
Step 1: Email contact@wynksolutions.online within 14 days including:

Original invoice #

Description of unresolved issue

Photos/videos of the problem

Step 2: We'll respond within 3 business days to:

Schedule a service call to fix the issue OR

Process refund via original payment method

Processing Time: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)

3. Partial Refunds & Service Credits
We may issue:
🔹 50% refund for late cancellations (24-72 hour notice)
🔹 Service credit (120% of original payment) for future services
🔹 Prorated refunds for monitoring service cancellations

4. Warranty Coverage
All installations include a 90-day guarantee for:

Workmanship errors

Camera equipment malfunctions (excluding damage)

Monitoring services include 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Excludes:

Customer-induced damage

ISP/utility outages
